Features and Applications

Actmix OD/GE is a pre-dispersed blowing agent combining chemical and physical foaming, which can produce fine and uniform pore sizes in foamed products. It has the advantages of stable performance, non-flammable, non-polluting, non-toxic and odorless, non-corrosive to molds and non-staining to products. It can form fine, high-quality and uniform pore structures in products, without producing ammonia gas and corroding molds. It is suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers such as EPDM, SBR, CR, FKM, IIR, etc. It is also applicable to thermoplastic plastics and rubber-plastic blended foaming materials.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 3-8phr
Application: Suitable for all foamed or foamed rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 1000kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place in sealed containers, and the recommended shelf life is two years.
